Shriya Yarlagadda, a sophomore at Harvard University, and Teagan O'Sullivan, who is from Watertown, will face off Thursday, Feb. 23. They previously appeared on the series as part of the Teen Tournament.
Jeopardy! producers asked 27 former teen contestants to compete in the High School Reunion Tournament.
“Now, those bright young minds are older, wiser, and ready to return to the stage for a first-of-its-kind twist on the traditional College Championship format,” Jeopardy Productions said in a press release about the competition.
O'Sullivan, a first-year student at American University, appeared on Jeopardy! in 2019. She won her first-round game in the Teen Tournament, where she nearly doubled her opponents' winnings with $25,201 in prize money, according to J! Archives. She came in third place a week later during the semifinals.
She was just a 14-year-old high school freshman when she first appeared on the show.
Yarlagadda also appeared in the 2019 Teen Tournament. She finished second in her first-round game and was eliminated in the semifinals, according to J! Archives.
Yarlagadda, from Michigan, was a U.S. Presidential Scholar in 2021.
The women will face off against Justin Bolsen, a Brown University student from Georgia.
